The Bangsamoro Members of Parliament from the Moro Nationa Liberation Front (MNLF), Deputy Speaker Uztadz Abdulkarim Misuari, MP Nur Rheda Misuari allocated essential medicines to the people of Tawi-Tawi from their Transition Development Funds worth millions of pesos. Included in the allocation of medicine packages are the provinces of Sulu and Basilan.
On Monday, July 28th, 500 boxes of essential medicines were handed over to Basilan Integrated Provincial Health Office (IPHO), Basilan province.
We express profound gratitude to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for reaffirming its unwavering support for the 1976 Tripoli Agreement and the 1996 Final Peace Agreement (FPA) as the foundational pillars for sustainable peace in Southern Philippines. This reaffirmation represents more than symbolic recognition—it constitutes a binding international commitment that validates the MNLF's legitimate role in the Bangsamoro peace process and reinforces the legal framework for our continued engagement.
